Refund And Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Cancellation Terms :

1. 30 days before arrival date No Cancellation Charges (Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Night Stay are non-refundable according to the Government rules and regulations).

2. Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Night Stays are 100% Non-REFUNDABLE.

3. Between 30 – 15 days before the arrival date – 50% booking amount will be refunded.

4. Between 15 – 7 days before the arrival date – 40% booking amount will be refunded.

5. Between 7 days – and 48 hours before the arrival date – 25% booking amount will be refunded.

6. Less than 48 hours or No Show – NO REFUND

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our Services, we can provide a refund as per the brand refund policy.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
